Updating Your Email Address

To vote, all member email addresses must be up to date in our central database.

To update your details you must first login to the Freemason Victoria website:

  • Remember, your username is your member number followed by @freemasonsvic.net.au
  • It should look something like this: 12345678@freemasonsvic.net.au

If you can’t remember your password, please select ‘forgot password’ and a password reset link will go to the email you registered with Grand Lodge. Please make sure to check your inbox and all junk/spam folders for the link.

Once logged in you can click on ‘Update My Details’ button at the top of the ‘Member Dashboard'.

How to Vote

You can vote on your phone, tablet, or desktop – all you need is a device and an Internet connection. Please follow the steps below on the day of Quarterly Communication.


Members will receive an email with a link to vote on the morning of the day of the vote. The link will go to the email already registered with Grand Lodge. Please make sure to check all spam/junk folders.


The link will direct voters to the Vero Voting portal where the online voting form will appear. Members will be able to vote once the vote has officaily opened.


Members will cast their vote securely and receive a confirmation of their vote on the same screen. There is no need to click a submit button, votes are recorded immediately. There will be a green strip at the top of the page notifying members that all question(s) have been answered.

If you do not have access to email, a phone vote is available on the day. Call Vero Voting to register your vote. Your Membership number along with other identifying questions will be asked.
