Freemasons Victoria conducts several courses to assist Lodge members to further develop their personal skills and abilities as well as aid in their activities as a Freemason. This training is centered on developing communication skills, personal relationships, leadership and knowledge of Freemasonry.
The main aspects of Freemasons Victoria’s skills training courses are public speaking skills such as handling nerves and body language and managerial skills such as strategy development, crisis Management and successful leadership and planning techniques including time management and managing meetings. These courses are aimed at Lodge members aspiring to further achievements, including those likely to become Wardens and Master of the Lodge
Courses are of a half day's duration and are usually held at weekends at locations across Victoria. Advice on course dates and locations are published in the Grand Secretary’s Bulletins and in the quarterly
