Grand Lodge Speakers Panel
 |
The Grand Lodge Speakers' Panel is an enthusiastic and dedicated group of Freemasons living in the Metro and Country areas throughout Victoria. These volunteers give freely of their time presenting talks on a wide range of topics and provide an important link to our Masonic Education Programme. Although the focus of the Grand Lodge Speaker’s Panel is primarily on Masonic Topics, that focus has recently been extended to include presentations of a more generalized interest. These topics of general interest are primarily targeted to make talks during Lodge dinners more interesting and vibrant.
All Speakers’ Panel Members undergo formal training and accreditation. They also undertake a great deal of time and research in preparing their talks, so Lodges can be assured that the highest standard of content and delivery is maintained. We encourage the Lodge Planning Committees to include at least one or two visits by a member of the Speakers' Panel when planning their year in order to provide a balance between degree work and Masonic Education.
To book a speaker, or register your interest to become a member of the Speakers’ Panel, contact the Education Administration Team or contact the office of Freemasons Victoria. When booking a Speaker feel free to nominate a topic you would like covered.
